VANAD Aloha offers a chat API that can be built into a client’s website. It is a chat client that can communicate with the VANAD Aloha chat subsystem. An agent manages the contact with the end customer through a tab in the VANAD Aloha agent desktop. It is a REST API that is used in HTTP. Results are delivered in JSON.
VANAD Aloha supports SMTP, POP3 and IMAP, with or without encryption. The e-mails the agent receives can be handled using an integrated tab on the agents desktop.
Social Media interactions are offered as integrations with social media monitoring and web care solutions providers. The social media monitoring and web care solution OBI4wan is offered as a fully integrated standard functionality of VANAD Aloha.
WhatsApp has been integrated into the existing chat environment on the agents’ desktop. This allows conversations to be tracked, viewed and controlled, as well as being place and time independent.
